My bitcoin was stolen by an investment company on Telegram. Life became so frustrating to the extent I fall sick and spent some days in the hospital. I can’t imagine a single mother like me losing $42k just like that. I went to a local police station and made a report still nothing was done. I did all I could do within my powers to recover my lost funds but all was in vain. I nearly give up. All I did was started looking for help both on internet, friends and work colleagues. They told me about Proassetrecoveryexpert site where I meet { PROASSETRECOVERYEXPERT@GMAIL.COM } Them asked for a little commitment which I did immediately cause I was really ready to get my funds back. They brought back life to me buy recovering 0 of my lost funds. Contact them now for help.

My article is about the iOS app. This wallet is the first that I have ever downloaded when I bought the first BTC.

How did I find out about the provider?

I googled Bitcoin Wallet months ago and I found this wallet. I also looked at others, but I was confused by the amount of coins. So I found this slim app very useful.

What expectations did I have of the provider and were I satisfyed

My expectation was that I would want an easy-to-understand wallet where I can secure Bitcoin and Ethereum. Of course, these expectations came true.

What did I particularly like?

When you deal with crypto for the first time you feel completely overwhelmed. First you look for the simplest ways to look through. The app is very clear thanks to its five crypto currencies. In addition, you are directly advised to save your backup phrase in order not to lose your BTC If you lose the App, or our mobile. In addition, the app is secured with a PIN or face recognition and, if desired, with a 2FA, which gives a feeling of security.

What could the provider do better?

Please implement more coins. I only have a few BTC shares on the wallet because I have switched to a multi-signature wallet on which I can hold significantly more coins. I would also be thrilled if the app had a dark mode, even if that really doesn't affect my rating.

Would I recommend the provider to a friend? If yes / no, why?

I would recommend the app at any time, especially if someone is new to cryptospace.

Conclusion: would I use the provider again? If yes / no, why?

Since I'm more advanced now, I don't think so. I transfered all my Coins away to my other wallet

How did I find out about the provider?

Blockchain.com was my first port of call when I was looking for a wallet provider in 2017. Basically, in my opinion, it is a very good wallet provider and since the company has been around for a long time, I also consider it a fairly safe choice.

In terms of security, a lot has happened since my registration. A Two Factor Authentication has been required for 1 or 2 years when registering. It is now also possible to create your own password for transactions. I would recommend that every user set up a password for it, because in the event that the account is hacked, this is an additional security setting.

If the wallet provider Blockchain.com becomes insolvent or goes offline due to regulations, you have the option to access your coins at any time by restoring them with the 12 word passphrase. It is therefore advisable to write it down twice or three times when registering so that you can find this passphrase again just in case.

Blockchain.com now has a swap function so you don't have to go to an exchange to be able to exchange coins. That's why I also believe that it would be necessary to add more coins to the wallet. I find that the number of different coins that can be stored at Blockchain.com is still too low. The company could definitely make improvements here.

It is also positive that it is a multilingual wallet and that there is now an app for smartphones.

For beginners or people who are new to the crypto world, it would certainly be helpful to provide instructions on how to set up the wallet. Since you have a lot of responsibility for your coins at Blockchain.com, the risk of doing something wrong is all the greater.

In summary, however, Blockchain.com is highly recommended for a software wallet and I still use the wallet for smaller amounts.

How did I find out about the provider?

If you are new to the crypto market, you first come across exchanges, wallets and coins that are either advertised everywhere or simply have a unique and memorable name. At Blockchain.com it was the latter that led me to this provider.

What expectations did I have of the provider and were they met?

After testing several exchanges for Bitcoin purchases, I looked at storing my Bitcoin. At this point in time, I hadn't thought of investing in a hardware wallet, I don't even know whether there were any good hardware wallets. That's why I quickly came across Blockchain.com when looking for a suitable wallet for my Bitcoin.

Of course, I expected an easy-to-use and secure wallet for myself.

What did I particularly like?

The name is program. It's simple and clear, just like the wallet.
In addition to the aforementioned crypto wallet, Blockchain.com is a Bitcoin block explorer service and a crypto exchange that supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum. Data diagrams and other statistics are also offered.

I think these services are good, but I haven't used them so far (except for the block explorer, but what can you say about it?).

What could the provider do better?

Blockchain.com might like to offer more coins for purchase and safekeeping in the future. Even if I now use a hardware wallet, this extension would certainly be welcome to many users.

Would I recommend the provider to a friend? Conclusion.

Basically, Blockchain.com is recommended, even if there is a lot of competition on the market. However, if you only hold Bitcoin, the additional features and the block explorer are certainly worth a visit.

Blockchain.com is a great Project, which is very similar to MyEtherWallet. But this is a positive Aspect, because they "copied" one of the best in the Krypto Space. MyEtherWallet is a Web Wallet, not really User friendly, if you are new in Crypto, but for Hodlers, Traders or People who avoid restrictions like KYC or Extensions absolut perfect. With a few Clicks you have your Secured Private Wallet, perfect to beginn.

Blockchain.com is similar, but you also have a Exchange on top of that. So you can easy exchange, trade or buy and hodl. You only need a Bank Account or Credit Card, to make a simple buy in the Crypto Currency you want. Easy and user friendly to understand. Its a established plattform which lives for years, so the Exit Scam Risk is very low. Its possible but very unbelievable. The Project exists since 2014, so i trust the Team behind it. You also own the Private Keys, so you have the Controll over your Money. Every system can be hacked, also a Hardware Wallet like Ledger, this means you have every time a Risk, but i think by Blockchain.com its very low. You got a 12 Words Recovery Phrase, which you should write down on a Paper to be safe. Also make sure to enable a 2 FA Code, with your Smartphone.

You can combine that with the App from the Playstore or IOS Store. Not every Company offer also a Smartphone App. Im Happy with that Solution, so you have your Wallet every Time with you. The Team behind the Project is great, the Security also, but the Crypto Market is a fast growing Market. You have to be Up to Date, that you dont miss the newest Trend or Hype. In some Points Blockchain.com pass that Innovations and Trends. Nexo or Crypto.com solve that better with Loans, Interest and Yield Farming. I really like Blockchain.com but i personal would split my Capital between these Plattforms to take the max Profit and dont take the max Plattform Risk. So 4 from 5 Stars.

Blockchain.com
I've been using Blockchain.com constantly since I've been in cryptospace. For me, this wallet is the right way to get started in the crypto world. You quickly notice that you can feel safe here. Two phases of activation and access round off the security here. I especially like the way they try to keep it safe here. Personally, I like that the company is based in Luxembourg.
I would advise everyone as a beginner to make this wallet. And I think you will be glad you followed that advice later. To me, Blockcain.com is more like a tool. The overview is fantastic and really successful. There are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Chash, Stellar, Algorand, Tether and USD Digital here.
Account statements are also meticulously explained and displayed. The overview is given at all times. The exchange of coins is also possible and feasible here without any frills.
You can also take part in Airdrops programs here. And most importantly, an exchange place for your coins. Also in dollars, euros or pounds. Buying cryptos is also possible according to KYC with the credit card and personal bank account. The purchase as such is usually feasible without any problems. The fees are clear and are deducted immediately.
My conclusion, yes, I recommend this wallet. However you want to use it, it should be used. What I personally find a shame, you don't have a Dash here, maybe it will come. Let's hope. Otherwise I think Blockchain.com is a good exchanger and a real pioneer in the industry. i Love this Side.

From a HODLER's point of view, the portal blockchain.com looks like MyEtherWallet around a so-called web wallet.
In addition to the wallet functionality, the Portl naturally also offers an exchange function, in order to be able to trade in crypto currencies.
For beginners, it should be mentioned that you can convert your FIAT money into crypto-currencies by credit card or bank transfer.
Furthermore, blockchain.com has been one of the older portals in the crypto scene since its foundation in 2014.
The structure is minimalistic and rudimental, which I personally like very much, because only that indicates it should be an exchange and wallet.
Following the principle "Not your Key Not Your Coin" it can be mentioned that the wallets are built according to the HD (hierarchical deterministic) below the BIP44 (Bitcoin Improvement Proposals).
Thus, an export of the 12-character Revocery phrase can be carried out.
As an additional security feature the 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) is to be mentioned, which is already state of the art for such portals.
An optional additional password for sending crypto currencies is also possible.

If you are looking for a large selection of different crypto currencies, this is unfortunately not the right place.
This doesn't have to mean anything negative, because the biggest top dogs in the crypto scene like Bitcoin, BitcoinCash and Ethereum are represented here.
In addition to access via browser, the portal also offers a smartphone solution as an app.

Even though the portal has been around for a few years and is therefore serious about Exiit Scam etc., I would recommend other more modern portals like Crypto.com to my friends. The added value with these portals is much greater.

Ah nice. Thank you very much for the review. I was vary of security regarding "online wallet-providers" but your review cleared some concerns. I think the TLDR would be: Nice and secure but still one step below a hardware-wallet.
